We work on a B2B model servicing thousands of employees, and clients who demand a high level of service and creativity. Our flagship offering, Wellbeing on the Web (WoW) offers wellbeing solutions to employees and their families on a digital platform. This role will include managing wellbeing services across 4 pillars (physical, emotional, financial and social wellbeing) for organisations that have onboarded with us. Someone who thrives in a service environment, can respond independently, can manage partners inside the company and stakeholders within client organisations, would be best suited for this role. The role will require the individual to work closely with the internal stakeholders such as Communication & Design, Operations, Tech, Sales and Marketing and Finance teams while also working with client and partners to deliver on customer requirements for the product offerings of the company. Paranoid attention to detail, documentation, excellent communication skills and the ability to develop a thorough understanding of the client are basic requirements for this role. Thinking on-the-go and an independent workstyle while following processes is also essential. This individual will report to the Manager – Client Management of his/her team.
