Atlas Copco (India) Ltd. Hiring for Marketing Support Officer / Customer Support Officer at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

We are looking for Marketing Support Officer for the Industrial Technique division who will be responsible for:

Interface with regions, dealers and marketing

Follow-up with Logistics for deliveries etc. and resolving the issues regarding orders

Attending to the requirements of Internal & External Customers.

Supporting Marketing in close coordination with Regional Sales team with all required information on orders, sales, receivables etc.

Compiling MIS data, Reporting, Forecasting, etc

Being the representative of Marketing team in the office.

Support marketing on implementing new processes, softwares, Mobile App’s etc for Customer Centre

Support marketing on SharePoint, Power BI dashboards etc.

Complete ownership of Sharepoint giving access to Partners / Distributors on regular basis, maintaining all the GDPR related norms

Actively participate in some of the key activities like… NPS for distributors / customers etc

Follow-up deliveries and invoices to customers – timing and accuracy, initiate shipping based on stock availability

Prepare various reports related orders and invoicing, regional team and distributors performances

Experience in enhancing ‘Digital Customer Experience’ will be useful

Be ready to take up new tasks whenever needed

Position will report to Business Line Manager – CPV.

Experience requirements

Experience in sales process and commercial terms of Sales Tax, Excise Duty etc.

Experience in dealing with internal and external customers via telecommunications & emails.

Experience in working on MS Office – Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, SharePoint.

Knowledge

Full computer literacy (Advance Excel and Power Point

Good command of English language both oral and written

Knowledge of working on SAP will be an added advantage

Strong data analysis (Advanced Excel knowledge)

Experience on SharePoint portal creation will be an added advantage

Education

Graduation from a recognized university
