We are looking for a Campaign Operations Sr. Associate to join the Marketing Operations team within our Marketing department. Campaign Operations is a critical function that brings together campaign execution and marketing technology. In this role, you will be responsible for pre and post-campaign support by way of advising, troubleshooting, documenting and optimizing key systems and processes. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders across the Customer, Segment, Events and Demand Center Marketing functions as well as our internal business partners in athenaIT and the Commercial (Sales) Operations team. You possess strong technical expertise, are proficient with Salesforce and have an appetite to learn more. You have great analytical skills, an affinity for operational excellence, and are a problem solver that enjoys tackling challenges head on. You have a desire to dig into complex concepts and processes and synthesize the information in a way that facilitates understanding and application of said knowledge, concepts, and processes across our diverse stakeholder audience.
The Team: Marketing operations team provides operational support for athenahealth’s Marketing organization and responsible to ensure that timely and accurate US healthcare provider data is available for Marketing and Sales activities.
Job Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine end-to-end campaign processes from the intake and planning to QA and launch with established SLAs for our campaign operations.
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert on how internal systems work; partner with team members to support ticketing process for prioritizing internal requests from multiple stakeholders and driving technical resolution to completion
Identify and document workflows, content, owners, deliverables, QA process and SLA across the campaign lifecycle- Govern said processes and drive compliance to workflows with a focus on enablement and access.
Partner closely with our Data Operations team to align processes and handoffs for all campaign work.
Serve as a liaison and business partner to our Compliance team to ensure Compliance requirements are seamlessly integrated into Campaign processes.

Typical Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in an Operations, Demand Generation, and/or Marketing Systems/Technology role. And 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. Proficient to Advanced knowledge of Salesforce is required.
Advanced/Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel skills with very good hands-on experience is mandatory.
Good hands-on with MS Access, intermediate/advanced MS SQL is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
