We are looking for Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Sales & Marketing Optimization team with athenaCare division. Your Job will be responsible for processing the marketing & partner leads by validating & researching the information received via Online & Offline marketing sources. You are an excellent communicator with strong excel expertise. You are responsible for performing web research & backfill incomplete organization & provider information in Salesforce, to ensure completeness of CRM data, with strong attention to detail & decision-making by seeking clarification/inputs as & when needed.
The Team: Sales & Marketing Optimization team is responsible for managing provider data in Salesforce, ensuring the data is current, consistent, accurate, complete and reflective of US Healthcare industry for Marketing and Sales consumption. The team also provides operational support such as Lead processing, campaign processing, mass data updates and data research for Marketing and Sales teams.
Monitor information entered by the sales team to adhere to data quality standards & account Market segmentation and assignments are met.
Make updates to the CRM database based of marketing faxes/enquires that come in & provide timely updates to the sales teams.
Must be able to perform data cleaning activities using web research skills while understanding the use of a data cleansing tool & business validation rules to cleanse data.
Any Graduate / Post graduate with 1-3 years’ relevant experience preferred.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong knowledge in Excel & web research skills are mandatory.
