Job Description: This job is at Athena e-learn, a digital learning platform currently providing learning in Housing Finance, Credit Information and Behavioural Skills and working on B2B learning interventions
We also provide consultancy services to Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs and Banks in the mortgage finance space.
We are looking for a “Marketing Manager” with effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Previous experience in Online and Offline Marketing.
Primary responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:
Online marketing
– Should be able to brainstorm & develop ideas on how to sell courses
– Create creative marketing campaigns and maintain social media accounts
– Should be a marketing generalist – manages email marketing campaigns, plans content, crafts product announcements for all social media platforms
– Focused online marketing to reach out to learners
– Coordinate with clients and vendors from initiation to delivery
Offline Marketing
– Attending networking activities to connect with prospective clients and follow up with them
– Meetings with prospective clients and pitch about our offerings
– Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the features & benefits of our products through calls
– Direct Mails
Requirements:
– Understanding and / or experience in marketing
– Strong command over written & verbal English and ability to articulate creatively across different mediums
– Interest and understanding of different platforms
– Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
– Should be willing to travel
Qualification: Graduate degree or MBA (Preferably Marketing)
Experience: Graduate degree with 1-2 years experience or MBA fresher
Remuneration: Rs 3 – 4 lakhs (Will be commensurate as per candidate’s skills, capabilities and experience)
Joining Date: Immediately
