Role & responsibilities
1.Prepare monthly financial statements of company
2.Maintenance of books of accounts with regular updating of accounts & keep record in day to day basis
3.Bank reconciliation and inter company ledger reconciliation
4.Ensure compliance with all statutory and company requirements
5.Maintaining Accounts paybale and account receivable record
6.Vendor payments & bill booking in program
7.Passing the journal entry
8.Maintained accounts of individual, company and partnership firm for sister concern
9.Maintaining stocks and shares statements
10.TDS & TCS Return, GST Return Filing of GSTR-3B & GSTR-1
Preferred candidate profile
1.Bechelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
2.Minimum 2 Year of Experience in acccounting preferable in the real estate sector
3.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft office, particularly excel & word
4.In-depth knowledge of RERA, GST and other relevant regulations.
5.Understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices
