Asanify Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Looking for Accounts and Payroll Manager at Kolkata, West Bengal Full Time

Ø Onboarding companies and their Employees by configuring Payroll, Employee Data setup and identifying the various salary components (fixed or variable)

Ø Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, incentives, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.

Ø Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Ø Clarify employee’s queries with respect to salaries, TDS, Income tax proof etc

Ø Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.

Ø Ensures payroll related statutory compliances like EPF, ESI, PT are met

Responsible for recording of all the Payments, receipts, fund transfers, loan drawdown and settlements, interest settlements, loan journals, bank reconciliation, AR transfers and accounting of all transactions mentioned above

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
