WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Marketing manager with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing & business development. Relevant academic background, as well as an excellent knowledge of English, is required.

TASKS:

• Develop thoughtful and accurate marketing strategies for all selling platforms: social media, newsletters, e-commerce, paid and organic advertisement, other possible online and offline channels;

• Create valuable and appealing content that attracts and converts the target groups (media content created independently or with an appeal to contractor)

• Adjust and oversee the promotional materials, administrate the website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related tools

• Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a monthly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

• Cooperate closely with the Sales Team, ensuring the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones through promoting its products, mission, vision and objectives;

• Research and analyse the market, trends, competitors and prepare reports and forecasts on a monthly basis;

• Analyse data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts, track effectiveness and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in marketing & business development proven in numbers;

• Knowledge of the SEO principles and their successful implementation;

• Proficiency in setting up and optimizing the Google Adwords, and other relevant advertisement services throughout all possible sales channels;

• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage and sell;

• Familiarity with the latest technologies, methodologies and trends in marketing promotion, knowledge and usage of the relevant software, apps, etc.

• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities, exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Monthly fixed base payment + KPI% from the generated sales of the whole team.
