Job description: Only freshers should apply . They need to Assisst senior accountant in all aspects related to accounts department.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or MBA (Finance)
• working with general ledgers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Tally & GDT including Microsoft Office
• Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Roles & Responsibilities

• Go to bank for the check deposit & other works
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Maintain and record fixed assets
• Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
• Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary
• Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies

· In general, the candidates on selection, would have the following “PROBATIONARY PERIOD”

· (I) 6 months probationary period for freshers.

· (II) 3 months for any candidate whose experience is of 3 years and above in their relevant field.

· a). Salary appraisal ranging from 10% -20% on the discussed basic salary, it may be more if management impressed with your sincere work and behavior.

· b). Corporate zero balance salary accounts with “YES” Bank.

· c). Are eligible to take 18 paid leaves (of which 12 –CL & 6 SL)

· d). Annual Bonus (1 month salary on completion of 1 year in the company) – only if company runs in profit for the year.
