1.Compliance Support:

1.Indirect tax compliance support for Clients Pan India basis

2.Ensuring strict execution of customised templates prepared by Firm while filing returns under GST Laws

3.Filing returns & other documents (GST, Service Tax, Excise & Customs)

4.Work related to GST Refund, Customs SAD refund, RD Refund, EOU Registration, SEZ Registration and other sundry work relating to indirect taxes etc.

5.Preparing computation of returns, audits and refunds.

6.Drafting reply to Notices issued by GST Departments

2.General:

1.Preparedness of daily updates in the areas of GST and Customs Laws

2.Periodical Client visit to ensure IDT compliance is done as per GST and allied laws

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Be part of Development, implement and manage key process and people initiatives in the organization, while ensuring compliance.

2.Should have sound knowledge of legal framework, regulations, Companies Act, and other applicable laws/regulations required for transactions.

3.Would be responsible for executing the work timely and report it to Senior Associate.

4.Prepares company and client tax forms and data while offering tax accounting advice to both clients and internal company departments

5.Maintains and updates working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines, and any company-specific information

6.Ensuring that the firms guidelines and templates are followed while filing GST Returns, GST Audit, including meeting deadlines and ensuring all financial practices and records comply with relevant Tax Laws

7.Maintain the proper materials so that you will be capable of interpreting and reviewing changes in the law

8.Streamline procedures and offer recommendations on how the tax filing process can run more efficiently
