Sales & Marketing –
Execution of the business development plan for the Industrial application set by Dept / Organization
Responsible for sales forecasting on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis & Yearly budgeting.
Responsible for achievement of sales target for the year for the Industrial application.
Responsible for new market/customer development for the Industrial application
Responsible for receipt of customer product queries for RFQ
Responsible for customer query handling and on-time responseRegular visit to PAN India customer & maintains customer/business database.
P & L Management
Responsible for new projects, new customer addition, exploring new market.
Responsible for increase in business value for QC Industrial application
Responsible for handling product quotations
Responsible for maintain customer payment overdue within prescribe limit and C form collection.
Customer Relations
Responsible for timely addressing of pre & post sales customer queries.
Responsible for maintaining healthy business relation customer.
Business Intelligence
Knowledge of market and key players with strategies each competition have
Provide in-depth research about competition, pricing, new upcoming projects at OEMs & Tier-1s
Provide inputs/feedback for strategy formulation and ensure execution of the same
Responsible for lost RFQs analysis
Responsible for new product idea generation
Responsible for product benchmarking
Self & Team Management
Attend training programs (behavioral/ technical), seminars conducted/sponsored by company
Initiate self-learning and gain knowledge of other skills, regular participation in exhibition, trade fares etc.
Études et expérience
Experience – Min 5-6 years of experience
Educational qualification – BE/B Tech, Diploma in technical stream, Commerce graduate with throughout relevant experience.
Compétences
Aware of Non-Automotive white goods Industry & it is working.
Good Communication skill & personality.
Ability to handle the customer by mail & call.
Able to work in team as well as independently.
Willing to travel & willing to relocate.
Knowledge of Basic Computer skills.
Willing to visit customer across INDIA for technical, commercial, Quality issue.
Project Management.
Microsoft project.
Fluency in English.
Product knowledge –
Tubular assemblies used for washing machine, refrigerator, water purifier etc
Usage and application of end couplings (either quick fix OR non-quick fix)
Industrial HVAC lines and system
Application of low pressure Quick Connector requirement in water pumps, oil pumps etc.
