We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Associate Female to join our team at 7 Apple Hotels & Resorts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Front Office Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests. - Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
- Assist with reservations and process payments
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area
