SUMMARY – Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Support
. To help build MIS, Presentations for various BU’s based on the concepts and ideas from the founder and other departmental team members
. To actively organise and participate in all team meetings both internal and external
. To create and monitor progress on various projects by creating Gantt Charts and use them to coordinate with stakeholders to speed up projects
. To help in business development kick start of BU’s to help set the process, strategy etc with the founders guidance and then set the direction for the rest of the BU members to execute as a standard
. To be able to coordinate with teams and also personally input relevant data and organise the CRM for the company, create various dash boards and present data in a manner that the company management finds real use for decision making
.Stakeholder Coordination & Support
. Coordination with Various partners of the company to ensure promised deliverables to clients
. Coordination with CEO’s who are looking to change and scheduling conversations with founder
. Coordination with foreign partners and ensuring alignment for delivering along with partners
Business Networking Support
. Help the founder in coordination with various BNI related coordinations, setting up meetings, preparation and sharing of BNI information, ensuring registrations of BNI Leaders to events, MIS on different topics in BNI from Connect and Insights, etc
. Substitute the founder in BNI on days he is unable to attend meetings
. Helping organise and manage training content, executing training workshops by the founder – Assist him with preparatory materials
Coordinate with Investors and startups for progress steps to onboard them on our team
Social Media
. Assist the founder in managing his linkedin, FB, insta and Blog page and keep that updated
Learn Canva and help in making some quick flyers once in a while which are not needed to be outsources to the agaency
. Travel in rare cases – twice in a month along with the founder for meetings
. The employee will be responsible for discipline in reporting and lead by example – Whatsapp, weekly and monthly of the entire team
Organisational Goals & Vision
. Visualise the targets and ensure the Vision Board and Project of Vision is pushed in the company
. To ensure that the founders travel and other reimbursements are claimed on time with local finance
. To create a database of leads for CEOMITRA BU’s, Antal, Inmergers and Trainings and secure appointments for meetings
. Any other responsibility assigned which is official in nature and needed to avoid the involvement of Partners personal time
. Do a reconciliation of the Partners family bank accounts in excel for tracking the same
Learning &Devlt
arning & Development. To support in building training and consulting material on different topics as requested by the Partner
. To ensure that internal meetings are successful with meeting on time held with the necessary information
Admin & Personal Support
. Support the lead Partner of Antal in all administrative and clerical related activities as requested.
. Preparing and getting customer agreements approved and monitor for expiry and ensure it is renewed atleast 3 months before expiry – excel to be maintained and monitored
. Ensure Antal tracker is 100 % updated and TAT 1, TAT 2, TAT 3, Net Sales and Profit are monitored and informed by visualisation to the team
Support and tie up on travel needs of founder and family + key employees
. Internal Magazine to be brought out every quarter
QUALIFICATIONS
. Should be good in communication skills, power point, Excel, attitude to learn and try new skills

TIMING
Flexible timings – 9 hours between 8.30 am to 7.30 pm – can choose comfortable timing – Monday to Friday . Weekly off – Saturday and Sunday. However, deadlines are important and the candidate should not hesitate to proactively meet deadlines with extended hours based on the needs of the job and task / target / tasks deadline achievement.
