Job Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, be proficient in Tally and Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to quickly grasp new concepts.If you are a dedicated and analytical professional with a passion

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office
Salary Range: 2 LPA- 3.6 LPA
Experience: 6 months or 1+ Year
Preferred Qualification: B.Com, M.Com, MBA
Responsibilities
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
– Record daily financial transactions, including expenses and revenues.
– Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial documents.
– Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions.
– Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
– Generate financial reports for management as needed.
– Utilize Tally for data entry and reconciliation.
– Use Excel at an intermediate level for data analysis and reporting.
– Maintain basic knowledge of GST, TDS.
– Exhibit a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and industry changes.
– Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve financial issues.
– Communicate professionally with vendors and clients regarding financial matters.
Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
– Master’s degree in Finance (MBA in Finance) is preferred.
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in Tally and intermediate Excel skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
– Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
– Male candidates are preferred for this role.
– The candidate has their own vehicle and is capable of traveling to fulfill office-related responsibilities.
