Shift Timings : 11 AM to 8:30 PM (Mon to Fri) Position description: Responsible for Overall Accounting transactional activities, Monthly review of accounts & to complete assigned work, meet deadlines. Primary Responsibilities: Vendor Bills Processing Vendor Statement Reconciliation Bank Entries and Reconciliation Credit Card Entries and Reconciliation Payroll Processing and Payroll Entries Preparation of customer invoices and mailing AR and Revenue Reconciliation Updating Document Checklist, Document Library and Client Reports Sales Tax calculation and filing Payroll Reconciliation Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred Revenue, Depreciation and Month end adjustments Internal communication for routine queries and questions Review and preparation of financial statements
