Role & responsibilities
Handling the Order to cash activities for South and Far East Asia region.
Handling end to end dealings with customer from the day enquiry is raised, order is placed till its execution.
Co-ordination with customers & Internal for day-to-day activities.
Quoting the prices to the existing & new customer to the customers. (as & when required).
Assisting to the regional head for initiative in developing business through email & telephone.
Arrangement of samples for customers and maintaining the track record.
Co-ordination with customers for Project status, price negotiations etc. with telecons (whenever required)
Handling customer complaints (if any) in co-ordination with plant.
Preparing agenda for CPHI and Regional head visit and maintaining minutes of Business meetings and working on the action items.
Coordinating plant for smooth functioning of dispatches, samples, material availability.
Initiative in developing new business internationally by making new customers through Internet, CPHI exhibition, references & telephone communication.
Coordinating with Clients for settling of payments / commission remittances.
Monitoring the monthly Sales & preparing monthly reports.
Understanding the Customer demand and providing forecast for the next FY.
Handling a portion of legal submissions like legalization of documents from Embassies, apostille documents etc.
Handling global customer enquiries, sending Quotations, PFI, Specifications, Samples, etc.
Following up with Merchant Exporter for Proof of exports (POE)
Timely share the dispatch documents to Merchant Exporters.
Timely execute the Export orders / sample in the ERP system, preparation of Delivery order. (Now need SAP exposure)
Preparation of proforma Invoice and sending the same to customer for advance payment.
Follow-up with plant for execution of shipments.
Submitting the Proof of export to accounts for further excise process.
Co-ordinating with finance department for payment/commission remittance and informing Agent.
Sending the quality agreement and quality related issues to respective department and sending response to the customers.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate must posses UG and PG in Science Background, MBA In Marketing
Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, (APAC Markets)
