Job description:

This role is part of the Global Supply Management (GSM) within Global Business Services. Specifically, the position will be responsible for the review of T&E Claims and ensure all the quality checks are being performed pertaining to Policies & Addendums within defined SLA. The core responsibilities of the individual will include, but not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively follow-up with colleagues where claims are in ageing & ensure that all payments would be made on time without any penalty fees.
  • Setup bank profiles in Japanese language in Oracle system for reimbursement of “out of pocket” payments submitted by colleagues (volume approx. 20-30 profiles in a month)
  • Ensure compliance with SLA and other internal guidelines of policies relating to the business area, he/she is going to handle and must be controls & quality conscious.
  • Required to participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
  • Should maintain high accuracy, productivity standards and should have high willingness to learn.

Critical Factors to Success:

  • Graduate with 2+ years industry experience
  • Japan Language Specialist with at least N3 level.
  • Eye for detail & excellent follow up, knowledge of Excel & PPT is must.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and great interpersonal skills with colleagues’ customers, etc.
  • Email handling in MS outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously & ability to prioritize
  • Must be flexible to work in different shifts
  • Ability to develop innovative solutions using a data driven approach, multiple variables and insights
