Job Description:
Marketing Campaigns are critical drivers of American Express strategy to acquire, engage and retain customers. Marketing teams across international need best in class tools and processes to enable flawless and timely delivery of their campaigns to unlock the value for our customers and prospects. The EMPS – GLS- International List Execution team is responsible for supporting campaign targeting, execution, delivery and fulfillment.
This B28 position will play a key role in reviewing campaign set up and supporting International Marketers campaign queries. This is an advisory role where candidate will be primarily responsible to support and guide marketers for setting up various types of marketing campaigns. Key focus is on timely and accurate resolution to drive accuracy, standardization, efficiency and risk reduction in the campaign targeting process for all International markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Review – Daily review of the work queue for campaign’s set up accuracy to ensure flawless execution. Review campaigns stuck due to pending details or quality failure. Arrange for missing information or clear the defect for successful campaign execution.
Campaign Advisory – Support marketers with queries related to campaign step up and accurate targeting. Understanding the complexities and nuisances of the process dependencies and system capability to give an efficient and quick response to the marketer. Work closely with Marketing consulting teams gather the requirements, assess the needs/impacts and create/maintain/enhance the documentation related to various projects
Maximize Relationships – Proactive communication with Marketers to inform them about any outages, its impact and help them with resolution. Strong collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders within and outside of EMPS
Liaison with Technology – Work closely with Technology teams to understand any system changes or outages and be well prepared to support the marketer.
Process Efficiency: Identify process efficiencies leading to better marketer experience and improve speed to market.
Academic Background:
Post Graduate Degree in economics / management / statistics / operations / marketing.
Past Experience:
0-2 years of relevant expeience in similar or related domain.
