Functional Description:

Global Supply Management (GSM) is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and contracting with the right suppliers to meet business needs and enable the enterprise to pay for the goods and services procured from its suppliers and partners (co-brand, corporate card clients, membership rewards, service establishment rebates and travel & lifestyle). Besides providing third party risk management, it is also responsible for managing the Travel and Entertainment (T&E) program for the enterprise.

Key Responsibility:

This role is critical to the Client Incentives team, responsible for the analysis, interpretation, profiling and secondary review of contractual terms and obligations in the Card Incentive System (CIS) within defined SLA. This role requires for the colleague to:

  • Manage/lead a team of 8-10 colleagues involved in back-office operations.
  • Consistently understand and exceed customer’s requirements whilst ensuring effective team- work.
  • Maintain close contact with customers/stakeholders and effectively collaborate with all
  • Ensuring that all deadlines and SLAs are continually met, and adequate governance & controls are maintained over the processes
  • Participate in standardization, continuous improvement as well as other business partner initiatives.
  • Lead/support various automation initiatives/projects for the area.
  • Gain detailed understanding of the end-to-end process, inherent controls & risk, and Metrics of the process area.

Qualifications

  • Post-Graduate/MBA with overall work experience

Skills & Experience:

  • 0-2 years preferably in Operations or Project management roles
  • Ability to understand and analyze data to produce meaningful conclusions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail,
  • Expertise in Office Suite (Project, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong presentation skills and a passion for customer experience
