Amazon Hiring for Program Manager IN Advertising at Bengaluru / Bangalore Full Time

Advertising is one of the fastest growing business units within Amazon India. We are continuously strengthening our offering by building new products, improving on existing features and targeting capabilities.
We are looking for a hands-on, analytical, and highly-motivated Program Manager to own and drive programs which capture and improve advertiser experience as we scale. This will also owning certain workstreams where we require streamlining of operations via process or tech.
Responsibilities:
. Define and own the charter of Voice of Advertisers program for India
. Own initiatives that help drive new product/feature adoption at scale through right seller incentives
. Reduce friction to adoption of branded ad-products by building user stories, business case and working with product and policy teams for long term solves. This also also involves setting up right audit/review mechanisms with stakeholders in short-term.
. Streamlining/automating operations on areas which are critical to sellers for core business and currently require ad-hoc initiatives
Basic Qualifications :
. 2+ years experience in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications :
. 2-4 years of experience in program or project management in a digital product or start-up ecosystem where you have used data analytics and metrics to define requirements and worked on driving improvements
. MBA from top tier institute with 0-2 years of post MBA experience
The successful candidate will:
. Have strong analytical skills including understanding of advanced excel and other tools, and be comfortable working with data to develop new opportunity areas, track program metrics, and use findings to influence business decisions.
. Be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and influencing them for common goals
. Be curious of solving problems through product and process interventions
