The Financial Analyst will partner with the Global Finance team (based in the US and Europe) to support various analytical, planning and reporting needs. Key job responsibilities
. Strong Experience with Anaplan too to leverage this tool for Capacity Planning, building Reporting Packages and Finance Operations Volume Forecast Models.
. Timely and accurate delivery of headcount plans for respective FinOps Services operations programs considering factors of forecast and operational productivity inputs for each site.
. Create hiring plans and govern the process by coordinating with involved teams like recruitment, training and operations.
. Create estimated capacity to deliver against forecast basis on the derived headcount plan.
. Independently solve and deliver for business problems related to planning with occasional direction. Drive an agile capacity model to meet customer promised SLA standards.
. Deliver cost efficient HC plans and driving hiring demands for the FinOps Services organization. Set long-term vision and direction for team projects.
. Perform financial reporting and support monthly P&L analysis and financial forecasts
. Developing and reporting on financial and operational performance metrics
. Support in monthly/quarterly financial closing activity in close co-ordination with business and accounting teams
. Assist in Measuring and reporting progress on key goals for the business team in a timely manner
. Provide inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews in a timely manner. Facilitate the business reviews with data analysis and follow through with business leaders on actionable items for improving business metrics over a period of time
. Long and short term financial planning
. Perform ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modeling. Present recommendations to senior management on strategic decisions, and planned future initiatives
. Perform headcount planning and forecasting, Build and implement capacity planning processes across FinOps Services teams that will allow the organization to scale in response to business demand
. Effectively allocate headcount resources between recruiting teams to support seasonal recruiting/peak demand
. Coordinate with central and local Finance teams to maintain and update plans
. Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting
. Assess technology needs to support our global workforce management and capacity planning needs
. Partnering with various accounting and finance vertical (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable) to ensure procedures and controls are routinely applied whist performing accounting and operation.
. Execute and drive KPI metrics for business and operation performance
. Demonstrate appropriate understanding / working knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls, and apply them
. Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place, documented, and operating as intended.
. Participate in recruiting efforts. Continually raises the bar
. Responsible to frame and deliver team objectives.
. Drive process improvements required to enhance controls.
. Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or required.
. Run recruiting and workforce metrics & scorecards for leaders
. Gather and manage large datasets from multiple sources
Basic Qualifications :
. Strong expertise in Anaplan tool is a must.
. Strong English language oral and written skills
. Any graduate/ PG with specialization in finance/accounting required
. Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g. Excel) is a must
. Strong expertise in SQL, Microsoft Access, Oracle Financials, Cognos, Anaplan
. Experience Data Visualization tool (e.g. Tableau, QuickSight) is a plus.
. Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
. Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skills
. 8+ years of relevant finance experience with advanced analytical ability and technical skills to come up with quick, innovative solutions in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
. MBA degree is preferred
. Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations
. Demonstrated analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data
. Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
. Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

. 5+ years experience in Capacity planning/ WFM experience
. Experience in building and analyzing models for forecasting and headcount optimization.
