We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Inbound Supply Chain team and build innovative solutions for our stakeholders with the help of data driven critical thinking.
We are looking for a candidate who can drive below:
1. Using data insights to identify and build automated solutions for manual processes
2. Support manual processes requiring automation
3. Suggest and drive process improvements and programs
4. Pre-empt and build dashboards to measure execution success of programs
5. Build automated reports with minimal / no person dependencies

Responsibilities Include:

• The role will be responsible to deliver automation projects/manage stakeholders (internal and external) of Inbound Supply Chain team
• Provide data and analytics to the team for measuring performance metrics
• An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong deep dive, invent & simplify and end-to-end ownership of project delivery
• Person should be strong in modular approach to problem solving and break down complex situations to simple problem statements

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar.
• 3+ years of experience from a fast-paced environment, preferably in business intelligence, consulting, engineering or related field.
• Expertise using SQL and ETL for acquiring and transforming data or keen interest in acquiring an advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Proficiency in VBA Macro, Python and R is a plus

Preferred Qualifications :

• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Advanced experience of databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets and Visualization through Tableau
• Working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel
