OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Recruiting and onboarding for his/her respective scope, which includes coordination with the talent acquisition team and the respective departments.
New joiner orientation including necessary steps to ensure employee has the tools & information necessary to work, the preparation of Employee files and followed by documentation process.
Coordinate with respective stakeholders for Probation Assessment, FTC Assessment – extension and termination.
Completes monthly and year-end reports and also updates all HR systems regarding terminations, transfers & new hires.
Monitor the data quality in ALPS SF and other HR tools monthly to ensure 100% data accuracy in the system
Monitor the completion of mandatory training modules for the allocated population of employees.
Coordinate for all Training / Learning & Development initiatives at the depot level
Support to performance management and development plan tracking for respective scope
Support company employee communication and engagement activities.
Compensation and benefits administration (liaison with payroll) and recordkeeping.
Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and other general employee services;
Day-to-day responsibility to ensure employee satisfaction, including immediate correction and follow-up on any detected or reported issues as described in the process
To establish contacts and hold consultations to maintain harmonious relations between the depot management and associates.
To study and understand the point of view of associates to help the depot management to shape and formulate labour policies and to interpret these policies to the associates in the regional language
To advise on fulfilment by the management and the concerned departments of their obligations, statutory or otherwise, concerning the regulation of working hours, maternity benefit, compensation for injuries and sickness and other welfare and social benefit measures.
To suggest measures that will raise workers’ standard of living and, in general, promote their well-being.
Coordinate and Support events like Family Day, Sports Day, Safety Week Celebrations, World, Environment Day and other employee engagement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives by supporting the Site HRM and or the C.O.E’s on their day to day activities. He or she helps with implementing services, policies, and programs t; assists company managers with HR issues to ensure superior and employee-friendly practice implementation.
Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION
Masters’ Degree in HR Management / Masters in Social Work specialising in HRM / MHRM
