The Analyst 2, Marketing Management assists in the management of marketing campaigns for the Card Services organization and/or assists with the workflow management and systems execution supporting marketing workflow; this manifests itself in the establishment of vertical expertise within the execution space, assisting with focused process improvements and support, gaining a foundational understanding of executional contributions by broader department and growing to lead portions of Marketing Campaign/Non-Campaign and/or Systems executional elements with increasing level of autonomy.
Essential Job Functions
Marketing Program Planning and Oversight: Assists in overseeing and monitoring project timelines and deliverables ensuring broad program oversight. Serves as the Key point of contact with program strategy owner on program details and updates. Supports the team with program set up and execution, from a marketing management serving as a guide for all project stakeholders. Builds strong, credible relationships with key partners across the business to support involvement in the marketing campaign execution process and/or marketing workflow and systems. Holds self and assists in holding others accountable for delivering successful launch and execution of the marketing campaign execution process and/or the workflow and systems enhancements processes. Assists with internal groups/stakeholders accountable for timeline delivery of marketing program tasks and/or workflow and systems enhancements deliverables.
Innovation / Continual Improvement: Assists with the implementation of new processes, providing strategic support of management vision. Builds a foundational understanding of marketing in areas such as; marketing channels, marketing campaign types, marketing non-campaign types, workflows and best practices. Demonstrates foundational knowledge of marketing workflow systems and/or the ability to support system enhancements, support and workflows. Maintains documentation of current processes as well as process changes and procedural updates.

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Business or similar
2 to 5 years of experience work experience or classroom experience in marketing, campaign management, credit card, financial marketing and retail industries with a focus on Marketing Operations/Campaign Management/ Project Management/Marketing Workflow
2 to 5 years of experience in marketing workflow management systems such as Workfront, Salesforce Program Manager, JIRA, KANBAN, Trello etc. as a system admin, system support and/or end user. Work experience in Marketing, Campaign Management, Business, Logistics, Communications, and PMP Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
