Responsibilities:
Analyze data and generate presentation materials to support the growth of all Capital EMEA businesses (sales metrics such as conversion ratios, approval rates, reasons for winning/losing deals, etc.)
Support EMEA Commercial Excellence team on data analytics around Siebel, Business Object, Qlikview, Sales Pipeline and booked/funded volume metrics
Make recommendations regarding marketing strategies, value-proposition development, how we win, and where to play
Liaise with finance teams to obtain and confirm data to include volume, OP, ROI, monthly and quarterly volume estimates, etc.
Help the team to define the commercial excellence priorities
Skills:
Track record of achieving goals and objectives
2/3 years experience in Commercial Support and/or data analytics
Evidence of achieving goals through strong internal customer relationships
Knowledge of financial services
Ability to work in a fast changing and evolving environment
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Object and/or Qlikview very much appreciated
Experience with Siebel, a plus
Service minded with excellent organizational and time management skills
Language Skills – Fluent in English, other languages very useful
Ability to understand Equipment Leasing, Fleet, and Factoring businesses
Ideally candidate with a finance background who wants to move into a commercial role long term
