The Role: As Credit Growth Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Drive product adoption for the users
- Responsible for marketing and engagement campaigns on the Sathi Retailer App
- Be responsible for funnel optimization, ensure that the user is progressing from one stage to the next, and drive the entire user journey
- Drive successful onboarding of users for the product and ensure a month on month growth
- Look at all the performance metrics from time to time, Get into data & suggest insights on product/journey improvements.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a hyper-growth company, exposure in the fintech space is an added bonus.
- Prior experience of working on the B2B platform.
- Excellent project management skills
