• Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
• Financial analysis / reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that general accounting operations are complied with the Agilent’s Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
• Lead various enterprise wide and process related improvement projects.
• Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
• Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.
• Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
• Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
• Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially CCO, AP, AR, Business Finance team, etc. through effective communication and regular interaction.
• Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
• Should be a good team player.
• Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the operations.
• Generate new actionable insights by meaningful dashboards and present them to stakeholders.
• Lead projects, audits and solve complex issues and guide the team on the same.
