GAR is responsible for recording accounting transactions, reconciliation, month end close, and compliance and reporting for various processes i.e. Revenue Accounting, Payroll Accounting, Fixed Assets, Treasury Accounting, Cash Management, Inter-Company, General Ledger, and Project Costing. The candidate will be placed in Inter-company Accounting process within GAR.
First contact for Finance Assistants and Coordinators. Under minimal supervision, performs complex finance or accounting assignments, including monitoring processes to ensure business controls are adequate and working and coordinating month end and year end activities, such as, inventory control, month end order booking, etc.
Recommends action to higher level managers where accounting transactions have material impact on financial results. Assists in providing customer support that includes troubleshooting transaction problems, answering questions and handling special requests. Has primary responsibility for the implementation of new accounting and financial systems and tools.
University Degree preferably with a CA/ICWA/CPA or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 4-6 years multinational experience, strong knowledge of processes, preferably exposure to MNC environment.
Experience on ERP – SAP.
Strong Accounting Knowledge with superior attention to detail and analytics
Experience in SLA driven environment with ability to work under pressure.
Team player, ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Good Communication (written & oral), exposure to different cultures & ability to perform multi tasking.
