Investment Banking Vice President – Exclusive Technology & Internet Focus

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aetos Growth Partners’ partner Capital Connect Advisors is looking to hire a Vice President to lead & support the execution of Capital Raising, M&A and Strategic Advisory transactions.

Capital Connect Advisors is a Singapore-based boutique Investment Bank for Southeast Asian Technology Entrepreneurs and Investors. Capital Connect provides Capital Raising, M&A, Strategic Financial Advice and Ecosystem Services for Series A+ companies.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

1. Leading deal execution for mandated clients
2. Perform full financial analysis including valuation, pro forma merger/ divestment/ financing, integrated three statement model, CF modelling, bidder analysis, investor list curation, etc
3. Detailed industry analysis and sector knowledge
4. Preparing of key documentation including Pitchbooks, Teaser, IM, Management Presentations, etc
5. Managing due diligence processes including client preparation and coordination of client advisers
6. Transaction documentation review and negotiation
7. Training and management of junior team members
8. Development of SEA Technology & Internet IP
9. Ensuring best practice execution process

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

1. Minimum 6 years of investment banking/corporate finance experience
2. Ability to independently run and lead a transaction
3. Extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills
4. Capable of engaging in fully independent activity including structuring and execution of complex transactions
5. High level analytical capabilities, presentation, and organisational skills
6. High computer literacy, including PowerPoint, Word and especially Excel financial modelling and strong English language capabilities
7. Preference is to hire candidates experience working for a bulge bracket IB or tech-focused mid-market IB (e.g., Avendus)
