Senior Analyst / Associate – Exclusive Technology & Internet Focus

ABOUT THE ROLE

Aetos Growth Partners’ partner Capital Connect Advisors is looking to hire a Analyst/Associate to support execution of Capital Raising, M&A and Strategic Advisory transactions.

Capital Connect Advisors is a Singapore-based boutique Investment Bank for Southeast Asian Technology Entrepreneurs and Investors. Capital Connect provides Capital Raising, M&A, Strategic Financial Advice and Ecosystem Services for Series A+ companies.

KPI/ MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. As an Analyst/Associate, you will be a key member of the Corporate Finance team and involved in projects across APAC region that may include, but are not limited to:
2. Supporting end-to-end deal execution for mandated clients
3. Perform full financial analysis including valuation, pro forma merger/ divestment/ financing, integrated three statement model, CF modelling, bidder analysis
4. Preparing of key documentation including Pitchbooks, Teaser, IM, Management Presentations, etc
5. Supporting due diligence processes including client preparation and investor Q&A
6. Develop research and industry analysis with a focus on technology and internet in Southeast Asia

KEY COMPETENCIES

1. Outstanding academic credentials from top institutions with 3-5 years of relevant work experience after an undergraduate program
2. Strong accounting and corporate finance knowledge
3. Methodical, meticulous and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills
4. Excellent communication, business writing and research skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
6. Ability to manage projects independently and be ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team
7. Committed to excellence on assigned deliverables with high professional and ethical standards
8. Familiarity with research databases and financial tools (e.g. Thomson, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, etc.)
9. Preference is to hire candidates with prior working experience with a bulge-bracket IB, tech-focused mid market IB (e.g, Avendus) or corporate finance of Big 4 (e.g, Deloitte)
