Merchant Management:
To focus on retaining merchants in Quadrant 3 & shifting merchants from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 3 on regular basis.
Submitting monthly action plan with name of merchants who will be shifted from Quadrant 2 to Quadrant 3 for the month.
Taking ownership of top 20 merchants of the area and ensure there is no sales loss vis-à-vis last month
Daily sales analysis of Quadrant 2 & Quadrant 3 merchants in terms of total sales, total finance and Aeon’s finance share vis-à-vis competition.
To work with Quadrant 1 & Quadrant 4 Merchants and develop them to work independently
