Education Requirements:
1.An understanding of working knowledge of book-keeping and accounting skills is required
2.Basic Knowledge of taxation – Income tax, TDS, GST, PF, ESIC.
3.A degree in the following subjects would be beneficial:
 Finance
 Accounting
 Commerce
Essential Skills for Account Executive:
1.Detail oriented and organized
2.Computation skills
3.Written and oral communication skills
4.Problem solving ability
5.Prompt in decision making
6.Computer skills: – MS OFFICE (word, excel, Power-point, pivot table, v look up, Tally), Online
Banking, handling online portals required for making payments.

Accounts Payable Responsibilities

1.Process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records

2.Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization

3.Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables

4.Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax

purposes

5.Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment

6.Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner

7.Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures

8.Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment

9.Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files

10.Type periodic reports and other records

11.Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments

12.Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers

13.Prepare vouchers listing invoice number, date, vendor address, item description, amounts

14.Reconcile bank statements

15.Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping

16.Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before

issuing payment to vendors

17.Ledger scrutiny, bill-wise and date-wise outstanding report on monthly basis

18.Sending and reconciling account statements to parties on regular basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹37,000.00 per month
