Shift: Day Shift & Evening Shift (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM)
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹16,800 per Month
Location: Infopark, Kakkanad, Kochi
Job Description:
We are seeking a Accounts validators to join our team in the Evening Shift at our Infopark location in Kochi. The ideal candidate should possess a strong educational background in finance and a passion for accounting. This role involves reconciling bank accounts, maintaining subsidiary branch records, ensuring data security, and supporting with accounting adjustments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile various bank accounts by compiling and balancing financial information.
- Maintain accurate accounting records of subsidiary branches through balance sheet analysis and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in creating and maintaining databases to secure sensitive financial data.
- Identify and correct accounting errors and post journal entry adjustments.
- Prepare fixed asset depreciation schedules and accruals.
- Assess the financial status and health of various organizations and businesses.
Qualifications:
- M.Com or MBA in Finance.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in numerical data.
- Ability to work efficiently in a night shift.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
