Responsibilities:
Identify the strategies and techniques to execute campaigns. The day-to-day tasks could include client interaction, team management, activity delegation, SLA management, research, market analysis and strategy development
Develop and support creative strategies campaigns, across various platforms
Work with various internal team members and clients to ensure the client campaign is addressed and client expectations are met or surpassed.
Analyze the success /failure of projects and develop recommendations for course correction/improvement.
Identify issues with client accounts and act upon them after consulting internal managers.
Drive growth of accounts and find new projects.
Ensure that creative standards remain high.
Take ownership of accounts and lead the execution of marketing strategies
Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Overseeing and developing creative marketing campaigns
Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
Writing and proofreading creative copy
Maintaining websites, SEO, health and status of websites
Managing campaigns on social media, monitor progress and optimize when needed
Support the co-founders in delivering agreed client activities
Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns
Produce creative content, including videos, articles and blog posts
Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
Minimum Requirements:
- Sound understanding of Marketing, Design and Content
- Excellent communications skills.
- Writing experience (in any capacity).
- Ability to craft and repurpose content on various domains depending on requirements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility in terms of coordinating daily business and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to interact with multiple clients
Ideal Candidate:

- Ability to establish and maintain contacts (with online and traditional press).
- Strong creative skills and attention to detail.
