Roles & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities, such as bill payment, invoicing, follow ups with vendors via mail or call, etc.
2. Coordinating with C.A regarding Balance Sheet, GST & other accounting process.
3. Preparation of Invoices for local vendors in Indian Currency and International vendors in their respective currencies.
4. Complete administrative tasks, such as filling out paperwork and filing records
5. Find solutions to discrepancies by working with other employees and correcting any erroneous information or calculations
6. Prepare regular financial reports and assist in the presentation of reports to managers and executives
7. Answer questions from co-workers, clients, customers, or stakeholders regarding financial information or issues.
8. Use spreadsheets, Google sheets and sophisticated calculation software to gather and record financial information.
