Ensuring proper fund management to ensure that no spare funds are there
Daily fund management Cashflow projection at least monthly basis Timely payment approval to support business. Ensure timely deposit of foreign inwards Laisoning with bank for the support required and maintain smooth banking relationship
O2C/P2P-Material
Ensuring proper sales & purchase booksing
Ensure timely issuance of sales invoice and timely booking of collection Support in costing and pricing Review of NFA for procurement Resolving customers and suppliers query
P2P – Services
Ensuring proper service bill booking
Bill Processung/SES Payment proposal approval Support NFA for expenses & vendor finalization Ensure actual expneses remains withing budget Ensure propoer provisioning of expenses.
Complaince
Ensuring compliance with internal & external rules & acts
Ensure compliance of DOA, accounting policies 100% budgetary control without any hiccups, understand business needs. Advance tax planning on quarterly basis Ensure compliance of income tax act, GST, VAT and Customs laws Ensure compliance with FEMA act and RBI requirements Support in resolving various ongoing litigations.
Audit
Ensuring closing all audits
Ensure completion of following audits on timely basis with minimum or nil adverse observation Statutory Audit Quarterly Audit – LR XBRL Report Internal Audit TP Audit
Reporting
Timely & accurate reporting
Book closure Quarterly and yearly review of financial reporting as per companies act. Support preparing monthly presentations and adhoc requirements
System improvement
Improve processes & remove redundancy
Identify the system improvement areas in order to automate the process and reduce timeconsuming activities
