Purpose of the Position

Systematic approach to implement & use SM activities for better Inventory control for O&M of Mega power plant (2X660 MW super critical TPP) at Kawai site.
Principle Accountabilities
(Strategic, Operational Financial, People development & growth etc.)
- Implementing & handling of SM functions of Materials (Spares) for better Inventory control.
- Develop alternate SM functions
- SM function through ERP’s such as SAP –MM module
- Complete the work as per KPIs
Role & Responsibilities
Receipts, inspection , handing over to Issue sections of the material & making all related transactions in SAP as per the direction & in consultation with supervisor for timely cater of material for O&M of 2X660 MW thermal power project.

Qualifications
Essential Qualification:
Graduation in any stream B.A./B.Com/B.Sc
Desired Qualification:
Post Graduation in any stream M.A./M.Com/M.Sc
Essential Area of Expertise:
- First hand working experience for Stores Management functions Management of power project / other infrastructure projects and their O&M .
- Systematic approach to implement & use SM activities along with knowledge about new technologies in power sector for better Inventory control.
- Ability to innovate & develop alternate SM functions and related commercial implications.
- Knowledge about basic taxation Contractual terms & Condition.
- Exclusive knowledge on power business and well integrated with all function.
- Working knowledge of ERP’s such as SAP or any other Software-Particularly MM-module
Desired Area of Expertise :
- Around 10 to 15 years’ experience in Stores Management activities.
- Good soft skills.
