Credit Manager will be responsible for customer credit assessment, quality of the Loan Book and credit quality of the customer at the time of onboarding.
● Responsible for the operating metrics of Operating Cost, TAT, Cost / File, comparison with
market and operate in a Digitally savvy fintech manner. Job Description
● Manage the credit appraisal of loan applications/ scrutiny of relevant documents/ income
statement, assessing credit worthiness of clients, conducting a thorough risk analysis
before sanctioning loans and disbursing loan amount, ensuring compliance with
organization
● Do Credit Risk field visits for Home loan and Loan against Property for affordable housing
finance customers, at residence & business premises for personal discussions
● Process Owner for the Credit, risk and operations of the HUB
● Appointment of credit vendors like Verification agencies, fraud check agencies, legal and
technical agencies as ensuring delivery of good quality input as per the SLA
● Recommendation of customer applications with mitigants to the HCO Portfolio quality to be
maintained as per Goal Sheet norms for self
● Thoroughly understand the norms of the Organization for lending
● Process digital applications through LOS for bureau checks, fraud checks, any other process
checks, coordinate with branch ops for queries to be shared digitally with the sales and
customers/ channels
● Basis the Credit Information, Personal discussions and Scorecards, take decision on the
case or recommend to the next level for decision
● Coordinate with Sales and branch ops for approval, documentation and disbursal
● Organized and good at planning and just brilliant in execution.
