ROLE- Admin assistant MBA(HR and Marketing)

1.Research work on marketing, branding and packaging

2.Sourcing and coordination with Vendors

3. To do Telecalling

4.Devising and Presenting ideas and strategies

5.Helping with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns

6.Work closely with in-house team and external creative agencies to design marketing activities such as brochures and adverts

7.Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns at first level then sent for final approval

8.Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.

9. Coordinating efforts to ensure that campaigns are completed.

10. Compiling reports with detailing

11.Leads and manages marketing department by following up for tasks, objectives, strategies, and projects

12.Assists in interviewing, hiring, orientation, and training of new staff or team member

13. Presents regular updates to management

14. Brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services

Experience 1 – 3 Years

Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 3 Lac P.A.
