You will be working as Product Marketing Manager, reporting to Sales Manager for Electrification Business Area for Smart Power Division based in Bangalore. You will be responsible for implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy.
Your responsibilities
Achieve product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed.
Execute annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units or Product Groups.
Coordinate market analyses with sales team members and define appropriate forecasts and plans. Evaluate and share customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Oversee sales execution for assigned products by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team.
Drive sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each salesperson. Facilitates know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8-15 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in preparing business plans focused on business development for a defined market.
Proficient in oral and written English communication.
