You will be working as HR Services Specialist-Master Data and will be reporting to HR Operations Manager – ELC and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. He/she supports the globally set standards for GBS HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office / Hub

Your responsibilities

• Executing the HR CORE processes through Workday ensuring that Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) & Payroll related data accurately according to the global standard processes
• Processing ownership of complete employee life cycle from Hire to Retire/ Termination
• Monitoring payroll relevant data in HR Core (salary, recurring payments etc.), whilst ensuring supporting documentation is in place and Play key role in the ‘lock and unlock’ process of critical data within HR Core
• Capturing ELCM-related activities into appropriate systems and record the employee queries in an appropriate IT system (ticketing tool)
• Ensuring execution and delivery of ELCM services according to defined Service Level Agreement(s) like TAT, quality and Customer satisfaction (C-SAT)
• Extracting reports for internal data quality through Ad-hoc query, or from customized Transactions codes
• Willingness to learn and implement the learning in an innovative manner

Your background

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
• At least 1-3 years of experience in HR Shared Services in a global organization will be advantageous
• Workday tool experience is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
• A proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
• Flexible to work in shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
