We are well-established commercial trucking consulting company that has been in business for numerous years, with operations throughout Canada and USA. We are looking for experienced, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our Company’s Transportation Safety and Compliance Sector to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance in Trucking Industry in Canada & USA.

Summary:

Responsible for the full cycle accounting including include Invoicing, Payroll, Receivables Managament, Government Returns preparation.

Job Duties:

• Co-Supervises accounts payable and accounts receivable functions;
• Performs the payroll function
• Reconciles the general ledger accounts and prepares journal entries monthly.
• Assists Accountant with month-end financial reports on multi-accounting books for review and discussion.
• Prepares monthly bank reconciliations; monitors cash flow, ensuring optimal levels are maintained to meet requirements.
• Review monthly credit card statements.
• Assists Accountant with year-end working papers.
• Assists Accountant with annual budget process for review and discussion. Performs various financial analysis as directed by the Management.
• Files monthly GST.
• Performs other accounting duties as assigned by Accountant and Management.

Requirements:

• Dipoloma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration.
• 3-5 years recent related experience in full cycle of accounting including receivables, Government Returns preparation and payroll.
• Proven experience in taking responsibility for full-cycle accounting processes policies and systems.
• Strong financial and analytical ability.
• Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and results driven; prefers to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills
• Highly effective written and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to build a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated aptitude in dealing with private and confidential information; uses diplomacy and tact in all interactions.

Working conditions:

Working in an office environment 5-6 days a week; however, the business is a 24/7. You may be called on from time to time during off hours or weekends to answer questions related to the finance function.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
