Experience & Qualifications: Knowledge of network security platforms (Firewalls, IDS, IPS, Web Proxy, NAC, etc.)
IT Vendor Management processes experience (controlling contracts, service scope, renewals, contract life cycle)
Experience in PMO activities such as resource and work planning, milestones coordination, process improvements, and coordination, and meeting minutes coordination.
Experience in interactions with technical teams, business analysts,s and or IT product management
Experience working in an enterprise IT environment. This is not about a detailed understanding of IT infrastructure components, but rather:
A general understanding of the components that have a role to be played in Network Security service;
An understanding of how the ownership/support responsibilities are organized.
Analysis, compilation, and presentation of service management information.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with the other IT teams that support components of all Network Security services.
Trained to ITIL Foundation level or equivalent, with an understanding of IT service management principles and processes.
Outstanding written and verbal communication.
Analytical skills, methodical and with good attention to detail.
