  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Accounting principles and local guidelines
  • Processing invoices on IPM portal for accounting purpose
  • Creating users and approval matrix on IPM portal
  • Making monthly prepaids and provisions in the books
  • Intercompany reconciliation and raising monthly debit note/credit note
  • Weekly automatic payment processing
  • Maintaining weekly file of LDC vendors
  • Performs bank reconciliation
  • To manage day to day operations of the accounts payable
  • Participate in quartely and annual audits
  • Handling foreign payment
  • Monthly scrutiny of books of accounts
