Job Description:
Create and deploy email marketing campaigns to promote user engagement and member registrations.
Create list segmentation and target lists within the email marketing platform for personalized email campaigns.
Ensure marketing messages are conveyed clearly and delivered properly to prospects.
Ensure all messages are sent in proper form and template.
Pull email performance reports and audience lists for ongoing requests.
Build out segmentation for personalization within email campaigns.
Build out nurture and journey programs for key segments.
Include brand graphics, incentives, and detailed descriptions.
Ensure messages are mobile-friendly and rendered appropriately across email clients.
Track and analyze email marketing reporting to inform the team.
Create detailed reporting for ongoing email campaigns to share with the team.
Coordinate and monitor the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
Ensure compliance with anti-spam legislation.
Create documentation for workflows and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
4+ years of experience in email marketing.
Good knowledge of email marketing campaigns, campaign management systems, drip campaigns, nurturing programs, and marketing automation.
Experience using Excel and other spreadsheet tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present performance, insights, and recommendations to growth team leadership.
Ability to establish specific priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
Understanding of HTML coding (preferred).
