Job Description

• Candidate should have good conceptual understanding of Accounting, Financial

statements and reporting activities.

• To work as a partner of the onshore FP&A team to meet finance business objectives
• Exposure to Hyperion ESSBASE/ Smartview, SAP, EDW, Access and other tools.
• Understanding & review of elements like weekly dashboards, Backlogs, Revenue,

Inventory, flash reports etc. with respective onshore FP&A BU owner

• Generating periodic reports, Adhoc reports as per business requirements. Analyzing

variances & provide required explanation

• Period Close activities including accruals, running monthly/quarterly allocation process,

SOX compliance

• Analysis, financial reporting (Mainly P&L), budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis
• Mentoring & providing training to new team members
• Preparation & presentation of Dashboard for critical business review meetings with

stakeholders

• Streamlining current manual analytics for efficiency, creation of standard reports,

developing new views & analytics for critical business needs

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing error free reports, submitting on timely

manner and communicated effectively.

• Exposure in Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial planning and Financial

analysis are mandatory

• Continuous improvement in productivity to drive the efficiencies in the team.
