The Experience |
· Must have o Bachelor’s degree in a business or an IT related subject or relevant business experience. o 6-9 years overall experience as business analyst or business development consultant out of which 1-2 years of experience with enterprise grade assessment programs o Hands on experience with business process modelling to compare application functionality o Experience with application rationalization and modelling application technical and business suitability o Experience working with various CMDB , Service Management, ability to analyse data on apps and deriving insights from the data o Excellent communication, articulation, and stakeholder management skills o Able to conduct focused discussions o Ability to recognise game changing innovations and introduce relevant products to the WTW Tech offering for our customers o Strong collaboration and team building skills o Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision o Organised and methodical o Excellent analytical problem-solving skills o Experience using version control system as GIT, TFS, SVN o Ability to interpret business conversations and translate into requirements o Varied SDLC experience specifically Agile and DevOps (TDD, BDD, CI/CD) o Experience with International and Virtual teams · Good to have o Insurance Broker experience o Knowledge of Insurance Regulations |
