Timely updation and generation, accuracy, quality and reliability of output
Business Reviews and other Management Presentations
To support during business reviews and discussions with Business write-ups, Power Point Slides, data updations etc. and to coordinate with the business functions for data requirement.
Planning & Budgeting
Facilitate the Preparation of Annual Budget for Retail and apparel.
– Co-ordinate with Parta/Cost Dept for the financial evaluation of the Sales plan.
– To Assist in evaluating the Key Process Metrics and Profitability ratios.
To Assist in preparation of Budget presentation.
Evaluating the business product costs and pricing
To co-ordinate with Parta Dept for finalizing the numbers in both businesses across multiple channels and brands.
– PBDIT analysis for (a) Product (b) Business Segment (c) Channel/Brand/store profitability
Tracking of Key Business Metrics and Indicators for the SBU
Tracking of Key Business Metrics like Monthly Sales Performance, SBU P&L, Dashboards, Working Capital, Provisioning, COGS and receivables ageing and provide variance analysis with suggestions for improvement
Liaisoning
1) Coordinate with IT Team with respect to development of new MIS reports and improvement on SAP &Information Systems, 2) Facilitate commercial transactions with Sales &Accounts Department, 3) Coordination with Legal Department on several Ad hoc requirements, other ancillary support and guidance to various functions
