Job Description:
New Business Development.
Handling dealer/ Distributor network
Develop Sales Strategies. Regular market visits, follow up with architects, builders for new projects.
Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products with
Construction companies, builders, contractors, direct customers, government departments etc.
Negotiate contracts with Builders/ government Dept.
Arranging timely Dispatches follow up with transporters for proper timely delivery.
Negotiation and fixing of freight rates.
Payment & Order Collection.
Getting quality/ Brand Approval for projects by private and government builders.
Sampling of products and getting tested from outside laboratories for satisfaction of our customers.
Arranging builders/ architects meets.
Dealer Management / Customer Visit / Market Visit.
Prepare proper reporting system for top management/Board.
