What will you be responsible for?
As a Quality Assurance Analyst for Marketing Campaigns, you’ll help ensure the quality of online targeted campaign configuration and monitoring active campaigns. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting applicable teams of any anomalies or errors.
Checks for general brand adherence (Providence, Swedish, Kadlec etc)
Checks for general grammatical errors in creative and content
Ensure that a campaign has a clear call to action or main purpose associated with the campaign
Make sure there are no “dead ends” in the campaign where the customer might get stuck
Checks to
make sure that all forms used on the web follow standards and are trackable
ensure that all web experiences follow standards and are trackable
general lay out of landing pages to ensure there are no browser rendering errors
Tests digital UTM parameters to make sure they are correct and are populating in the browser correctly when web pages load
Tests all links in campaign – Click through on email links, ads, Vanity URLs
Tests all static and dynamic telephone numbers whether in print or digital
Tests all forms to make sure they submit correctly
Track tasks and manage workflow within the Project Management tool
Assists in creation of documentation to make processes consistent
Checks to make sure that the audience list criteria in the CRM matches what is in the Marketing brief
Who are we looking for?
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or English or a closely related field, along with 2-4 years of relevant experience
General understanding of Marketing direct response and targeted campaigns
Knowledge of QA procedures and ability to understand business requirements and translate them to QA requirements
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and activities and comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment
Comfortable to follow standard processes with a great attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking
